Mervent Zoo
In the heart of Mervent forest, you can spend a very agreeable day at the Mervent Nature Zoo. More than 50 domestic and exotic species on show in a landscaped park of 7 hectares

This huge wooded space is home to more than 200 animals ranging from bears to white wolves living in the same enclosures. Without forgetting of course the giraffes, the monkeys and many others, they will delight young and old. There is also a play area and mini farm for children. During the summer you can help with feeding the animals.
Situated in the heart of the Mervent forest this zoological park of 7 hectares is green and wooded. It is home to animals from all over the world: lions, dromedaries, kangaroos, Bengal tigers, ostriches, alpacas, parakeets, etc. All the animals are either on islands, behind glass or separated by large ditches with vegetation. The lemurs, small affectionate primates, are also present in semi-liberty in 8000m2 of protected forest. In summer there are special shows to allow you to share in the life of the zoo and its inmates.
